Thank you for using Digital Yama! We offer a 30-day refund policy on all purchases.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be received within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 or more days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Only unused API credits will be refunded. Due to the server costs associated with processing API requests, we are unable to refund credits which have been used.

Requesting a Refund

Please send an email to [email protected] with your transaction details and the reason for requesting a refund. Requests for refunds are ordinarily processed within 5 business days.
